At 263,000 miles my 05 Tundra was getting tired and knew I was in need of a new vehicle, and didnt have to think twice, of course I would get another Toyota! As a single female I was hesitant about car shopping solo-after conversing with other dealerships (over phone and in person) and having a mediocre experience, it seemed as though Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn was heaven sent!. Immediately welcoming with doors held open. Randomly visited on Friday near closing time-I had the pleasure of working with (sales consultant) Tomi. I explained that this would be my very 1st brand new vehicle purchase and was nervous/anxious. All nerves immediately put to ease as he truly listened from any concerns I had down to any detail on my want list. ( I wanted a sunroof... Tomi made sure I would get a sunroof!) A true professional that also can share a good laugh (like family) and make this experience for me fun! Not nerve racking. Every employee I encountered even in a simple passing all bearing a smile and asking if I needed anything. General sales manager Emad also helped ease any nerves I had-easy to see he takes pride in what he does and ensures the best experience for everyone and values each customer. That following Monday on my way to finalize everything I was unfortunately involved in an accident and totaled my truck-despite being in a blank set of mind, everyones welcoming and comforting ways at Auburn Toyota made my experience fun again! Andy in finance dept was amazing going over all the final details, addressed every question I had explaining everything-no fine print here! They even went above and beyond bringing me down the street to help me finalize insurance details to assist in getting me in a rental until my my 2015 4Runner was ready. A few days and a rental later it was 4Runner day for me! Despite it being Tomis day of f he was there front seat with Spiro (sales consultant) to share in my big day and thoroughly go over all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. With a lot of new information to take in, they were patient and expressed their happiness for me. Simply an amazing dealership with a truly exceptional, personable team! Any dealer can sell a car to someone in need (a vehicle like Toyota can sell its self safety, reliable and appeal) but it takes someone special to show you the fun experience it really is to buy a car. Dont be walked over or pushed around by other dealerships. Visit Herb Chambers and take in the fun of buying a car new or used. For about a week now I am the proud owner of a new 15 4Runner and thankful for everyone in Auburn for being so helpful! I know I will be able to count on their repair/service dept to keep my new car running through her X mile check ups of normal maintenance and/or any dings that may occur.
