The revised constitution will grant the Central/Federal government certain enumerated power and the counties shall have all the power. MONROVIA HAS NEVER AND WILL NEVER DEVELOP THE COUNTIES. TIME TO CHANGE THE ENTIRE CONSTITUTION AND THE ENTIRE SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT. TIME FOR A FEDERAL OR QUISAI-FEDERAL SYSTEM TO GIVE POWER BACK TO THE COUNTIES. TIME FOR DEVELOPMENT AND THE END OF CORRUPTION AND THE SYSTEM OR GOVERNMENT WHENRE LIBERIA IS THE PRESIDENT’S FARM RESERVED FOR HER FAMILY AND CRONIES INCLUDING WAR CRIMINALS AND WARLORDS. LIBERIA BELONGS TO THE LIBERIAN PEOPLE. INTRODUCTION The New Liberia is a federalist OR Quasi-federalist system comprises of both a federal/Central government and the county government. The general power to govern is reserved in the individual county, while the federal/central government is granted only certain enumerated power within the Liberian constitution. The federal/central government has limited power. This implies that the federal/central government (Legislative, Executive and Judiciary) can only assert specific power granted to them by the Liberian constitution including the National Planning and Economic Clause, National Tax and Spend Clause, National Military Clause, National Resource Development Clause, National Education Clause, etc. The county government has unlimited power to do whatever they wish to do except those forbidden by the Liberian constitution.
