He is 70# BUSTER MAY BE ANYWHERE ALONG THE MUD RIVER, BETWEEN MILTON AND TARGET. Buster jumped the fence at 2252 Circle Dr, in Milton, WV, 3/26 at 7pm. He has been spotted near the cemetery in Milton, and possibly on the hill behind Target. He is a foster dog, and does not know his name, nor the area. He is an extremely timid, but friendly dog. He was wearing a collar with Foster ID tags on, but may have come off. Buster was just starting on his road to happiness...please help us find him! SHARE and TAG anyone near there.
