NEW RESIDENTIAL ZONES STAGE 2 REVIEW - Ordinary Council Meeting (11 DEC 2014) In the last Council Meeting Weafgreen and Kingfield Courts were rezoned NRZ to create a buffer for the creek. However, Quinton Rd was not included due to its proximity to the commercial zone, i.e. Through Rd Shops. Despite their proximity to the creek, Quinton Rd. and 1A Nicholsdale Rd will be considered within the investigations for the Housing Strategy the council must prepare in 2015, alongside all other remaining zoning requests. So, we must all keep an eye out for the details of this process. Let us know if you hear anything new.
