NEW THIS MORNING: The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, (OSHA), will be looking into the death of a contractor at the site of Indianapolis Deep Rock Tunnel project overnight. An EMS ambulance was called to the project site, in the 6600 block of South Tibbs Avenue, around 3:00 a.m. About an hour later, the worker was pronounced dead at the scene.
