NEW TIMETABLE ......AWAITING ONE VENUE THEN TIMES WILL BE ON THIS EVENING. You can register and pay for your September month of Metafit from tomorrow evening...we will have registration forms in every class and you must complete your registration in order to start enjoying your month of fitness. Any classes taken before youve paid and registered are £4 per class. UNLIMITED METAFIT CLASSES FOR JUST £32.....50 local classes over 6 days a week so hopefully something for everyone. And a wee feedback required...we potentially have 2 slots available after Spartan that could be the return of winter BOOTCAMP....shall we??? Let me know if you want to see your regular bootcamps return now that the weather is changing? x
