NEW TRY IT TUESDAY JUMP MADNESS Warm up: Bike 7 mins. Each minute increase resistance by 2 full points. Start quick pedal, speed will slow as resistance increases. OFF BIKE: Jump Circuits (complete each circuit twice, with one minute break between each. Each exercise 30 seconds!) Circ 1: Lunge Jumps Squat Jumps Circ 2: Burpee to tuck jump Broad Jumps Circ 3: REQUIRES BENCH OR BLOCKS Hop overs (jump over bench or block, jump back) Box Jump (jump on top) Circ 4 Plank Jacks (high plank push up height) Plank Pikes (same high plank so your feet have room to move) Cool down: Bike opposite from warm up. Start resistance up, end the 7 minutes with no resistance. TAG A FRIEND.....MAKE IT HAPPEN. Questions??? Ask in the comment section and Im happy to answer or demo any exercises.
