Cost to Join & Play: There is absolutely NO cost to join. There are NO strings attached & NOTHING to ever buy. 3. Residency & Age Limits: The Lotto Club is open to all legal residents of “North America” who are nineteen (19) years of age or older on or before the time of participation, including any family members of LCO, LCC , Solicitor and any related Sponsors. 4. Lottery Ticket Donations: The LCO or Sponsors will donate lottery tickets to the Lotto Club. Once lottery tickets are donated and posted to the Lotto Club page, they become the property of the Lotto Club and all stated winnings will be distributed to “Official” Lotto Club winners as stated in these T&C. 5. How to become an “Official” Lotto Club Member: There are now THREE (3) ways to be become an “Official” Lotto Club member and qualify for an equal share in any posted “Jackpot” prize winnings from Lotto Club lottery tickets. For a cost of only ten dollars ($10.00) per month. You will guarantee yourself a spot in every posted Lotto Club’s (6/49 & Lotto Max) lottery tickets for the stated month. Now you do NOT have to click on the posted the Lotto Club’s lottery tickets for the stated month to qualify to share in the jackpot winnings. Maximum number of likes will first include the list of all the stated Lotto Club Organizer past clients. 6b) Should there be more than one lottery ticket in the same post, then the time deadline to qualify to share in the jackpot winnings for the posted lottery tickets will be 9:59 pm (EDT) on the day of the FIRST or earliest lottery ticket draw on the posted tickets or until the posted Lotto Club lottery tickets have reached a maximum numbers of two hundred & fifty (250) click … “likes”… for each specific ticket, whichever comes first is the deadline or limit. Administration: This Lotto Club is in NO way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, OLG and Exit Realty Hare (Peel), Brokerage. Lotto Club members understand that they are providing personal information to the LCO. The LCO is collecting personal information about Lotto Club members and will only use such personal information for the sole purpose of administering this Lotto Club. 10. Member Release: By entering this Lotto Club, members release and hold harmless the LCO, LCC, LCS and successors and assigns (collectively the “Releases”) from any liability in connection with this Lotto Club or, if declared a winner, the “Jackpot”prize. The winner (a) releases LCO, LCC, LCS and successors and assigns from any and all liability resulting from any incident related to his/her participation in the Lotto Club and acceptance of the ”Jackpot” prize. This Lotto Club will be run in accordance with these T&C, subject to amendment by LCO, LCC or LCS. Lotto Club members must comply with these T&C, and will be deemed to have received and understood the T&C by participating in this Lotto Club, prior to “ALL” lottery draws. 11. Indemnity: The LCO, LCC, OR LCS assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a Lotto Club member or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. 12. Rights: 12a) The LCO reserves the right in its sole discretion to, cancel or suspend this Lotto Club, or any portion thereof, should a virus, bug or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of this Lotto Club. Provided further, if there are any active Lotto Club lottery tickets still posted on the site, then the LCO, LCC, LCS or Sponsor CAN NOT CANCEL the Lotto Club or Revoke Any Posted Lottery Ticket. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, LCO and LCS reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. 12b) The LCO reserves the right in its sole discretion to, cancel, amend or suspend this Lotto Club, or to amend these T&C, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind, or for any other reason. Provided further, if there are any active Lotto Club lottery tickets still posted on the site, then the LCO, LCC, LCS or Sponsor CAN NOT CANCEL the Lotto Club or Revoke Any Posted Lottery Ticket. The decisions of the LCO with respect to all aspects of this Lotto Club are final and binding on all participants without right of appeal. 12c) The LCO reserves the right in his sole discretion to, adjust any of the dates or timeframes stipulated in the T&C, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any Lotto Club member with these T&C, or as a result of technical problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the LCO, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Lotto Club as contemplated in these T&C. 13. Member Identity: If the identity of a Lotto Club member is disputed, the authorized account holder of the Facebook account at the time of participation will be deemed to be the “Official” Lotto Club member. The selected Lotto Club member will be required to provide proof of being the authorized account holder of the facebook account associated with the selected entry. 14. Discrepancy & Disqualification: 14a) In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the T&C or other statements contained in any Lotto Club advertised or promotional related materials, these T&C shall prevail, govern and control. 14b) Only one entry per person in the Lotto Club and only one entry per person per posted lottery ticket. If you are found to have a duplicate entry, you will be disqualified and forfeit any share of lottery winnings. 15. Collection & Distribution of Winnings: 15a) When the Lotto Club wins the “Jackpot” prize, a message will be posted to this Lotto Club page. Once it is determined that you are an ”Official” Lotto Club member and winner, the LCO will contact you and give you instructions on where and when to collect your equal share of the winnings. 15b) When the ”Jackpot” prize is won by the Lotto Club. The winning “Jackpot” Lotto Club lottery ticket will be collected “In Trust” by LCS, KENT L. WEBSTER, J.D of the LAW FIRM OF: BOWYER, GREENSLADE, WEBSTER, ALLISON LLP of Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Office Number: (905) 451-1300. 15c) Once the LCO has confirmed the total number of “Official” Lotto Club members that clicked on the winning ticket and Lotto Club page prior to the time deadline and the share each “Official” Lotto Club member will receive, then each “Official” Lotto Club member will receive their equal share of the stated winnings within five (5) business days after such time. 15d) When you come to get your share of the winnings, you must provide the LCS with two (2) pieces of valid government I.D and then the LCS will issue each “Official” Lotto Club member a cheque for their share of the winnings from the Law Firm’s trust account. 15e) Equal amounts will be determined by the number of “Official” winning Lotto Club members for that specific winning lottery ticket and the total amount won from the OLG minus the Lawyer expense’s for the collection and distribution of all Lotto Club lottery winning funds at a fee of five hundred dollars ($500) per hour to a maximum fee of twenty-five thousand canadian dollars ($25,000) ON LOTTO CLUB WINNING PRIZES OVER ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000). LAWYER’S FEE ON LOTTO CLUB WINNING PRIZES UNDER ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) WILL BE BASED ON EITHER A ONE PERCENT (1%) FEE OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WON OR FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) THE GREATER OF THE TWO AMOUNTS. 15f) All Official Lotto Club members that share in the winning ticket(s) will have one year or 365 days from the winning draw date to collect their share of the winnings in person.
