LOCATION = Based in Kuala Lumpur JOB SCOPE 1) Overall Contracting Strategy - Develop and execute project overall contracting strategy 2) Tendering & Evaluation Prepare and delivery of project tender documents, tender plans ITBs, contracts, agreements 3) Evaluation Exercise - Execute the project technical and commercial evaluation exercises until award through negotiations, clarifications, and syndications with the management 4) Contractor & Licensors Compliance & Performance - Execute and coordinate contractors/ licensors on compliance to contractual requirements through performance reporting, monitoring of contractors terms and conditions, correspondences and provide recommendations to the project team to overcome contractual issues 5) Contract & Contractor Risk Management Identify, analyse and manage contract & contractors risk issues at all phases of the project(s) and implement system that measures, monitors and mitigate risk during project implementation to eliminate/minimize risk of non-performance by contractors 6) Workplans and procedures - Develop and implement workplans and procedures for contracting 7) Change Order Management - Lead the project change order management process via validation and justification of requests and recommending the right actions Generic Accountabilities.
