NEW YEAR MESSAGE S.KARAN.CEMIS NATIONAL CHAIRMAN Happy New Year to CEMIS SUNTRUST members, coordinators, supporters, May 2014 has given somehow a pace to learn and to improve and steep lead to begin 2015 for you to perform better. CEMIS has finished its 3RD year in serving the Indian students in this country, somehow we had cherished many students to excel in their life changing period. Soon I will prepare the Performance report for each state and for overall performance of CEMIS. With lack of financial support and committed individuals, we someway had managed to organize and participate in many events. We also manage to promote CEMIS during the Indian Shopping carnival in Juru-Autocity. Penang, which we see many come forward to render their support. Over this period, we had managed to link with many individuals and NGO to work closely in future . Some big event organizer also has come forward seek our assistance to co host major events for year 2015 in Penang and Johor.2015 is going to more challenge to CEMIS as we are getting financial support from 3 sponsor.(1 in Penang island,1 in Mainland and 1 in Melaka)its whole year sponsorship. Some prominent education based NGO had shown interest to work with us after seeing us keep moving even with limited source. Fund raising will be more focused program for year 2015 to mid 2016.As our goal to meet our mission is finishing in Sept 2016.The planning calendar will be sent to the key people of each state to drive down the mission for year 2015 to 2016.Its a two year Project calendar. For year 2015, We had outlined important events a part from on going Students program. The planed CEMIS program for year 2015 will be 1.EDUCATION CARNIVAL-NORTH 2.EDUCATION CARNIVAL-MELAKA 3.LAUNCHING OF CEMIS -3YEAR PLAN 4.THIRUKURAL TEACHERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 5.CEMIS SUNTECH BUSINESS CONVENTION-NORTH AND SOUTH 6.LIVE TALK SHOW PROGRAM.2 EVENTS 7.YOGA MASTERs TRAINING WORKHOP. For 2015 CEMIS will also had decide to include SJKT SCHOOL ADOPTION PROGRAM .For Penang and Johor and Melaka we had identified the school and we are looking for Perak ,Kedah and Pahang soon. SUN CONSULT team will help to improve the performance of the teachers by conducting workshop for the SJKT teachers as part of Teachers Development Program. With many program has been plan for 2015,we also will look into the type of people who will be part of CEMIS. We looking for individuals who can come forward to build and achieve CEMIS mission. CEMIS looking for Project Managers and Director on freelance basis. Many has come forward but half way they left. For young graduates, if you feel you can contribute to CEMIS, you are invited anytime. We are not NGO who expecting fame and publicity. CEMIS will work along with any government but we have to stand on our own. CEMIS Project is focus on educating students with intellectual and competency at sustainable development for each students, we are not working for 1 day or short term events to gain publicity. We has been narrated with all dangerous status for our youths, the grown up students comes from school and limited house income. We can have 1st class school building but without our commitment on holistic learning approach which school administrator are at limited capacity, We CEMIS have to move and work towards creating happy families at home.
