NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS! DO YOU HAVE YOURS READY? Do you make New Year Resolutions? ... Do you ACTUALLY keep them? Many folk make a bunch of well-meaning resolutions every year only to forget about them immediately in January, or not really put much effort into keeping them. However, some folk DO successfully achieve their resolution(s) and feel good about themselves. What of you? ... In our quick, brief survey of some of our Banana Heads, we found out the following New Year Resolutions ... We hear that The Head Keg Tapper, BOB MUELLER, intends to eat more broccoli and fewer do-nuts for the New Year ... Hmmmmmm ... CARL WHITMARSH for the New Year says hes giving up eating crow and will be switching over to Heavenly Honey-Baked Ham ... Hmmmmmmm ... SCOTTIE WEHMAN DAVIS is resolved in the New Year to stop throwing rocks at all the beer cans homeless folk have been leaving in front of her house and concentrate on more productive endeavors such as throwing rocks at politicians ... Hmmmmmmmm ... RANDY REETS vows to begin exercising and says he will be taking long walks during the New Year ... from his front door to his back door ... making frequent stops at his refrigerator ... Hmmmmmmmm ... BEBE HAYWARD, over at Today And Yesterday (Alamo @ Park Streets) let it slip that she will be EXTRA-SPECIALLY SAFE around horses in the New Year to avoid anymore equine accidents that cause her pain in the rear and all over her aching self ... Hmmmmmmm ... RODNEY WILLIAMS has made a strong resolution to STOP falling into Moo-Poo out on his pasture, mainly because wife Pat will not let him into the family home smelling that way ... Hmmmmmmmm ... MIKE McINTYRE vowed to get plastic leg-liners for his Santa suit so all those kiddies who sit upon his knee each year asking for stuff for Christmas will NOT be able to wet all over him again ... HmmHoHmmmHo ... And, KWHI Radio Newsperson MARY JANET SHERMAN-REYES told everyone recently that she will avoid anyone who keeps asking her Whats new?! ... Hmmmmmmmm ... So --- what about YOU, dear Banana Head? ... WHAT New Year Resolution(s) have you made? ... Do you intend to KEEP those youve made? ...
