He would not take any food or treats from me. He did however crawl right up next to me and was totally submissive. When my husband walked in the dog immediately bent to him and rolled on his side for belly rubs. He will some medical care, he weighs between 30-40lbs. The police department could not keep him so he was brought to an emergency vet for the night. He is now in the town shelter. The shelter does not do any testing. I did bring my dog and based on that would say no other males or dominant females, but he was also frightened.
