[NEWS] 150107 Spy’ Kim Jae-joong and Actors to Show Fantastic Chemistry A production briefing of KBS’s new Drama, ‘Spy’ was held at Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Yeoksam-dong, Gang-Nam District, Seoul on 6th January. Actors Kim-Jae-joong, Bae Jong-ok, Yoo Oh-sung, Ko Sung-hee, Kim Min-jae, Cho Dal-hawn, Ryu Hye-young, producer Park Hyun-suk and staffs gathered that night for this event. Drama ‘Spy’ is based on the original novel ‘Mice’ and is expected to show viewers the story of an ex-spy mother and her son, introducing a new genre-a family play and a spy thriller woven well together. “‘I think I am very lucky to have an opportunity to work with all the senior actors. They are so giving and are always willing to help me out. It means a lot to me.” Actor Kim Jae-joong said, to a question asking if he has any tip on getting all the attention and love from everyone. “I really want to show viewers a new side of me through this drama. Someone that is not only warm but also cool at the same time. Please look forward to it.” He said. Kim Jae-joong mentioned that he is maintaining a good relationship with the actors from Drama ‘Triangle’. “Im si-wan called me frequently and expressed difficulties in filming drama ‘Incomplete Life’. He said it’s much tougher than ‘Triangle’. However, I have no idea why it’s me he’s calling to.’ He said. “We live nearby, so met recently to have a drink and talk about our latest updates. It’s ironic though, when we meet actually, we rarely mention work.” Cho Dal-hwan, who said he was honored to be a part of this Drama, was cast in the role of Kim Hyun-tae of Intelligence Analysis Division. “Kim Hyun-tae is a very round character, who is striving to get vicarious satisfaction through his friend(Kim Jae-joong) and heal his pain from the past. When the camera’s rolling, I try to feel that I’m looking at my reflection in the mirror. Ko Sung-hee, a secretive character in the veil, was cast in the role of Kim Jae-joong’s girl friend. “It’s still a secret whether I’m from North or South. Let me just inform you that she is a girl in a dilemma. Please look forward to her pain and her love towards her family.” She said. “I had no idea that I would join this team right after I had finished ‘The Night Watchman’s Journal’. The script really captured me. My role, ‘Lee Yoon-jin’ is a kind of person that I have never acted before. I am flattered to play the role of a girl being loved by everyone.” She smiled.
