NEWS AROUND THE REGION Petaling Jaya, Sun: Impian Sarawak which the DAP has launched and taken a small step to install the Gravity Feed water system providing Kampung Sait villagers with clean water for domestic use is a success and has given DAP participants, most of them youthful a wealth of experience from the survival test in deep jungle. The team spirit and the initiative to enhance villagers skills in coping with domestic problems like doing the washing up,cooking with clean water and division of household chores caused many a viewer to be awe-struck.The project earns the praise of everyone with the Kampong Chief acknowledging with a million thanks for the good work done by the DAP. Spurred on by the Kampong Sait Gravity Feed Water System,DAPis in the process of recruiting the next team of volunteers to launch a similar project,this time in Sabah where the remote villagers of Kampong Samparita Laut,Kota Marudi will have a chance for constant supply of clean water once the Gravity Feed Water System project is completed. Impian Sabah is another sure success as support has been overwhelming.
