NEWS FLASHES There have been so many changes to existing places that one can barely keep up. Here are a few of them: Santorino on Calle Larga has new ownership. The previous owner, Luis, has opened Il Chiaro di Luna a few doors down and is serving an excellent $4.50 almuerzo, Monday through Friday in addition to the regular menu. La Joya Thai has moved across Calle Larga. (Look for the potted plant outside) Don Colon has moved out of Hotel Coronel to Sucre at Benigno Malo in between the convent and the Notaries offices.
