NEWS FROM HOME // UPDATE: 8:00pm // Monday, August 11, 2014 CLEAN UP NEWS: // FOREST CENTER - Mud and water have been extracted from all buildings. - The removal of all flooring needing replacement is completed. New flooring will be installed this week. - Nearly all the walls in buildings with mud and water damage have been removed and new dry wall repairs are underway. - Mud and rocks surrounding the outside of Hormel Hall, The Den/Craft Cabin/Blinco, Roundhouse, Prayer Chapel, cabins, and walking paths have been removed. - The new swimming pool and splash pad have been cleaned and we are beginning to refill with water. - Pressure washing of buildings, streets and walking paths is underway. CLEAN UP NEWS: // ADVENTURE MOUNTAIN - Severed water lines leading from two primary water tanks above Adventure Mountain have been reconnected and water is flowing. - Heavy earth moving equipment is making remarkable progress clearing mud and rocks.
