NEWS FROM KOORALBYN. Well work has started at Kooralbyn!!! As there has been no maintenance done for the past 2 years, there is a lot of work needed to get the place back to its former glory. Considering this, the committee have decided not to run the September 6th and 7th event. Noosa Equestrian Centre is going to run an event on that date, and it should be up on nominate within the next couple of days. Considering how happy people were with the last event, the magnificent course that has been built and the very reasonable nomination fees, I would encourage everyone to nominate early, especially if you need yards. There are plans to run a come and try day there in conjunction with the event. All details will be available at nominate in the next few days. The Kooralbyn committee are currently having work done on the water jump, stairs and access roads. Then work will begin on the cross country jumps. In the meantime, we are planning on running some show jumping days and then an express eventing competition in November. We are also planning to run some cross country training days, so watch this space for all details. We also have McNeill Trailers at Yatala on board to support eventing in QLD. Sandy Docherty can be contacted on 0410584907 for all your trailer and float repairs, alterations and maintenance. He also sells and fits out PBL floats. He is easy to find, right across the road from Yatala Pies. Sandy does great work at very reasonable prices, so if your are needing those wheel bearings checked, or some repairs to your float before the next event, please contact Sandy. The Kooralbyn Equestrian Group committee are looking forward to a great 2015, with a fantastic revitalised course
