NEWS I really didnt want to address this because I hate spotlighting the negative, but its been incredibly upsetting to me this morning to find people who have not read FOUR DAYS are posting 1-star complaint reviews on Amazon. [Please do not comment on these reviews as I would prefer readers not take that route] Complaints that either the paperback is out early or that Im somehow responsible for the first review that popped up on the page. I can assure you I have no control over who reviews my book and would never review my own book, so this is extremely insulting to my integrity.The book has not officially been released outside of paperback, and its possible because of the timing some may have already read the book if they had it shipped overnight or 2-day. I have been working very hard to get everything ready for release day, and Im SO excited for you all to read the latest installment! The paperbacks usually go up a little early, and that allows authors to link them to the ebook title. I have no control over when retailers make the books go live - absolutely none. I also have no control over who reviews my books; it is what it is. Because of the known issues with publication, Ive been uploading the titles early in case there are delays, and those of you who follow me know that my books typically go live the night before release day. (with luck!) I will post links and announcements as the book goes live. So be watching my page for them, and I hope you like/share/comment so that other readers on Facebook will see them. :-) Please, please, please, do not post reviews on books you have not read. Its unfair to to the author as well as readers. It hurts the books visibility and is not a valid review (whether its a 5-star or 1-star) What I do hope comes out of this is that after reading FOUR DAYS, readers are inspired to write a review - heck I hope youre so excited that you cant wait to tell everyone what you thought of it, even if its your first review. Im anxious to see if Ivy and Lorenzo weave their way into your hearts as they did mine.
