NEWS: The Peoples Democratic Party,PDP has appointed the former Governor of Buschi State. Alh. Adam Mu-azu as the new national Chairman of the party, said source close to the presidency. The decision was reached after a close door meeting in Abuja yesterday. The meeting which lasted several hours was held at Aso Villa with President Good luck Jonathan, his vice and the President of the Nigerian Senate, Sen David Mark. Others in attendance include all the PDP Governor among PDP Chieftains. The new party leader would be sworn in by the Executive Council of the Party today in Abuja. The new party leader promised to restructure the party inline with the mission objective of the founding fathers of the party. The big Question: Can the appointment of Alh. Adam mu-azu bring lasting solution for the ongoing internal crisis in the PDP? Could this pave way for further negotiations with the decamped PDP Governors?
