NEWS : Today, United Federation Of Resident Welfare Associations (U-FERWAS) met His Excellency Governor of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Sri E S L Narasimhan., at Rajbhavan, on the issue of Army closing roads in AOC SECUNDERABAD AREA FOR CIVILIAN VEHICLES from 1st January 2015. We requested him to talk to the army to not impose any restrictions till the alternative roads were developed and involve GHMC and the Army directly to solve this problem. Governor assured the team that, he would talk to the GHMC Commissioner and try to make a call to Ministry of Defence on this issue. RWA team conveyed their happiness on his intervention in this issue and thanked him that if this was implemented, this would help all the residents of many colonies in and around Malkajgiri and Alwal and other nearby places.
