NEWS UPDATE : 40 NATO fuel trucks destroyed in Farah Rod district in Farah province (of Afghanistan) Wednesday, 28 August 2013 FARAH, Aug. 28 – Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate targeted a NATO logistics base with mortar rounds which has caused the enemy heavy losses, according to officials reporting from Farah Rod district. The attack took place at 07:00 pm yesterday when several rounds slammed inside the facility located close to the district HQ and a nearby ISAF base as a result, a huge fire broke out lasting all night which left some 40 fuel trucks completely wrecked as well as 6 hirelings dead and 10 others wounded.
