NEWSFLASH Mental illness is a spiritual illness. See, our minds are the physical representation of our spirits, our true selves, that energy that comes straight from The Creator, YAH. When our spirits/minds are afflicted, we must stop to heal. We must stop to rest. I hear The Spirit saying, Daughter, so much mental illness, spiritual sickness, comes from exhaustion. Why do you think WE ordained and created The Sabbath for you? WE rested to set the example for you to rest! Some wont receive this. That doesnt make it any less timely. People, REST. GOD ordained it, because we NEED it. Be ye healed and set free from affliction THIS day. A word from GOD for the people of GOD. As always, I Love you and YOU most of all.
