I am hoping some of you were able to receive it but I did get an undeliverable message for quite a few. Im working with trying to find a solution to the problem. We are now on week #2!!! You made it through a week. You should be proud of what you have achieved so far. This week in addition to the workout, 30 minutes of cardio activity and drinking adequate water, I want you to really focus on eating healthy UNPROCESSED foods. Try to get in more fruits, vegetables, lean cuts of meat, beans, whole grains and healthy fats. You want to limit refined flours, white sugar, and items that contain a list of ingredients that are not known or unpronounceable. Be adventurous and try a new produce item or other healthy item that you have never had before. Lets make this a great week :)
