NFDA will testify before the House Veterans Affairs Committee in November regarding funeral directors experiences with the Department of Veterans Affairs and VA cemeteries. In preparation for that hearing, we are asking each NFDA member to complete a survey. The information we gain from the survey will be a critical component of our testimony on behalf of you and the veterans families you serve. The information can also help the Department of Veterans Affairs – particularly the Veterans Benefits Administration and the National Cemetery Administration – improve their service to funeral directors.
