NGC 4676 This beautiful illustration reminds released movie. Shows two massive galaxies that diverge by mutual collision. They are popularly known as mice. This name comes from the fact that both have long tails, which arose as a result of the relative difference of gravitational interactions between the proximal and distal regions of galaxies. This galaxy lies about 300 million light-years in the constellation Coma Berenices. It probably falls in the Coma cluster of galaxies. The picture was created using the Hubble Space Telescope. There is a high probability that the result of mutual gravitational interactions both galaxies after millions of years, will merge into one after a lot of secondary collisions. High sensitivity of the telescope allowed a special camera to capture more distant galaxies visible in the background. Source: nasa.gov
