NGF: GOV FASHOLA vs. GOV JONAH Gov Jonah Jang. Stop parading yourself as NGF Chairman. Gov Fashola seeks injunctive order to restrain him. The action had to be adjourn yesterday because Gov Jonah was represented in what a SAN called Dual representation. He said it is fraud. A SAN told His Lordship in Court at Jabi yesterday. He went further, the confusion of Jonah camp has trailed them to Court again. What an abuse of due process. Real gist: the action to restrain Gov. Jonah Jang from parading himself as Nigerian Governors Forum came up in the High Court at Jabi in FCT yesterday. The Courtroom was full to the brim. The room was hot with the number of SANs present. Even a SAN who couldnt get a seat got one from outside. At announcement of appearance, the firecrackers began. Falana SAN representing Gov Fashola announced appearance for the plaintiff. Just for Representative of Gov Jang to announce theirs, the confusion began. Two separate teams stood up. Judge was almost appalled as to who are the counsels to Gov Jang because both team exhibited authority from Jang. This perpetual Jang-confusionism couldnt allow the matter to proceed. His Lordship adjourn to cleanse off this abuse. Dual Appearance for a single Jang!
