Notice of closures of Stuart Hwy The Department of Defence periodically has a need to close down sections of the Stuart Hwy in the Woomera Prohibited Area between the Bon Bon rest stop and Glendambo in South Australia, due to operational and testing activities at the nearby Woomera Test Range. Highway closures are currently scheduled for 8.00am-2.00pm (local time) from Tuesday 25 to Friday 28 November. Note that this maybe subject to change at short notice. Please ensure appropriate plans are put in place to manage journeys through this section of the highway.
