NICARAGUA UPDATE: (by Teresa Hodges and Jonathan Moody) Buenas Dias! Today is our last day here in San Rafael, and God is doing AMAZING things. Yesterday was probably one of the best days so far, mainly because of our block party. Despite the rain, we still had a great turn out and we were able to connect the people of San Rafael to the local church. The pastor there, Francisco, was able to share his testimony, as well as our very own, Gladys Soza, which was really cool since she is a local here in Nicaragua and she has served as one of our translators. On that note, we have the best translators anybody could ask for; they are soo willing to help us out with anything and teach us about culture and keep us safe from any danger we may encounter. We also had the opportunity to share the Gospel as the lesson; Noel Foster and Jon Lock did an impeccable job. Many of the our team members have shared the Evangecubes and many of the kids are grasping what we have to say and have prayed to receive Christ. Despite the language barrier, the relationships we have built with the kids are so strong. we are really proud of our team--mainly because they are super flexible, bold in what they do, and are always up for a challenge. Things are going well and we are excited to see what God has in store for the future. To God Be All The Glory!
