*NICO UPDATE* Nico went missing in October of last year from Pine Bush, NY, and his family has been vigilantly searching for him ever since. Hiking through woods, posting signs, mailing flyers, setting traps... anything you can think of in an attempt to find a missing pet, they did it. Nicos Facebook page posted an update an hour ago, reporting that he has been found. It is with great sadness that I pass along the news that Nico was found deceased in a neighbors pond that had recently thawed. This family went through so much trying to find their boy, but at least they know what happened to him now instead of continuing to think of all the unknowns. This is not the news anyone expected, and his family is devastated. Nico was not adopted from us, but we know the feeling of losing a friend all the same.
