NIGELLA LAWSON, celebrity chef attacked by apoplectic hubby, Charles Saatchi: mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/nigella-lawson-attacked-husband-see-1955564 SHOCKING it may be but at the end of the day this is how it is, HUMANS all have the capacity to resort to violence across all its parameters including, psychological, physical and that cuts across all socio-economic levels, regardless. But some of you will remember me berating Nigella Lawson last year on what I perceived to be less than sensitive ‘rant’ she’d put out very publicly about her OWN late Mother: Here follows that blog from Genesis Ggreybo: 14 November 2012: You make up your minds Dear Nigella LAWSON, For me you hold a certain mystic and could do no wrong till yesterday’s article in the Daily Mail 5th Nov about your relationship with your Mother. In one instant you destroyed my view of your person as I describe above by letting the world know about your assertion of your OWN Mother not liking you including using a term such as ‘abuse’ or allowing such to be used in the article. Why am I writing this? Who am I? I am just an ordinary man who became aware of your existence not solely because of what you’ve done with your life so far but because I encountered your Father, Nigel Lawson, albeit not directly for the first time when he drove in, on budget day, in a shiny new Jaguar XJS while I was undergoing security checks in the Houses of Parliament. I wondered that your Father had to show his ID given his then position of Chancellor of the Exchequer in a Conservative Government –clearly a man who does not rely on the cliché ‘Do you know who I am?’ Nigella, I am a father and I tan the hide of my children, not necessarily to keep them in line, but as a human we take a lot of time to learn properly socially accepted behaviour(s) so that they do not disgrace themselves and your name in the process. Do not ignore the fact that your Father was a high flier while you were growing up and you dear Mum was left to do the bulk of nurturing while he forged his career (no I haven’t spoken personally to Mr Lawson). Have you, Nigella thought about the sacrifices she made? What she could have become? You also mention that certain things, such as noise troubled her and children being what they are will exploit this as their understanding of such is not given to considered behaviour as it were. It also worries me, not the part that your Father, Nigel would encourage you to have a tipple, rather that he’d have command of the our lives in his capacity as chancellor but cannot prevent what you clearly deem as abuse in his OWN household ( I hesitate to use home). You also stoke the idea of sibling rivalry in your ‘princeling’ posit regards your brother before you. I think you miss the essential fact. Most children of high profile people, the very wealthy and especially combined with media presence need a firm hand and direction so that very probable ‘where did I go wrong?’ does not rear its ugly head in the future. No Nigella, I think you have not only done your Mother a disservice, you’ve done so to the rest of the family and to your army of right thinking fans, present company excepted because I realise that you did not know how good you had it and someone somewhere has been reticent in advising you properly before you released this information. dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2227618/She-just-didnt-like-Nigella-Lawson-reveals-agonising-relationship-depressed-mother-hit-brother.html
