NIGERIAN PUBLIC OFFICERS VS PUBLIC SERVICE. One cannot develop if one does not train him or herself to develop. One can barely be successful if he/she does not believe in the course he or she is promoting. One of the fastest way for Nigeria to develop is When public officers are compelled by the law to patronizing public services rendered by government, this should also include traditional rulers benefiting from government and those working in their respective public sector. Its not logical for a president / governor to fly out for medical check up when there are hospitals in the country under his/her control.This shows how incompetent and selfish they are , its better to deploy all the technology to give them the best treatment to Nigerian hospitals so that Nigerians as a whole can benefit. Its not logical to be voted in power to provide education for the public yet their children do not patronize public schools in nigeria. Some of them enroll their children in private schools or fly them out. All public officers particularly those voted into power must enroll their children in public schools, even if they are abroad before their parent assume office , their children be flown back. Light system in nigeria will never be stable if public officers are given allowance monthly to fuel their generator. Public officers should only be allowed to use generators in their offices but not at home. they should also feel what PHCN is doing to Nigerians. Public officers will never have innovative idea to put an end to the heavy road traffics issues in some part of nigeria if they are not prevented from using sirens to clear traffic for them. Public offices will not develop Nigerian resort if they are always Travelling outside for vacation. Public officers should be allowed to pass through what an average Nigerian passes through on a daily bases, this will make them sit up. Nigeria is rich enough to be developed but some public officers will not develop nigeria because they have alternatives elsewhere for themselves and their relatives. Public officers might want to oppose this by saying That they and their relatives might be prone to insecurity if they are made to undergo this , yes, it might be true , however , this will make them strengthening the security system of nigeria. Public officers voted into power and their family must patronize Nigerian public hospitals , public schools , resort centers , , hospitals and other public services within the geographic location they serve. They must patronize what they serve. There is probability that there might be favoritism but with effective law and a responsible leader , this can be easily tackled. In no time , if this is implemented , Nigerian will become developed because this public officers will be forced to find a solution to most of our problems. Nigerians cant keep investing huge chunk of money in other economy , statistics shows that Nigerians contribute about $10b annually in the education sectors of GHANA not to talk about other countries. Imagine an senator in nigeria earning about #30,000,000 a month yet they have less to offer only to invest this money in other countries in one way or the other. further analysis will be given to show how this will improve nigeria in different public sectors God bless NIGERIA.
