One of their own Was allegedly killed by a BRT bus Last year or so A British soldier was hacked to death By two deranged Islamic fundamentalists Just a hundred yards or so from the barracks The British soldiers did not go berserk They didnt take laws into their hands They left the matter in the hands of the British Police I can imagine what would happen If it was in Nigeria That a soldier was clubbed to death By civilians in front of a barrack The restoration of civilians dignity The banishment of cruelty to civilians by soldiers The deflation of soldiers overbloated ego Are some of the most important dividends of democracy Instead of asking for these Na RICE ma people dey fight for And I remember the ICON Fela Kuti..........
