NIGERIAS BADDEST LUCK Nations across the world have their challenges, and I am sure that Nigerias challenges are not the most intractable. The nations we may envy the most, certainly have some problems that are worst than Nigerias. It has often been bandied that Nigeria is rich, and some optimists will tell you that we have everything in abundance. But, I dare tell you that Nigeria lacks the most important ingredient required for a nation to triumph. We have oil, we have humans and we have other natural resources, but our greatest poverty is the poverty of leadership. Ours, is so disheartening that the options we seek in leadership turn out to be worst than those we are trying to change them with. We are also lacking in political ideologies, hence, we operate a different kind of one Party System, coloured as multiple Party System. APC will tell you that they represent change, but I am very convinced that they are talking about chains, not change. Nigerias worst luck is in the reality that the PDP is presently our best options, politically. This is because, the worst people, who made PDP bad have all become the arrow heads in APC. There is nobody who is presently flaunting the APC chains mantra, who hasnt got one or two things to do with the PDP. It is saddening that the a vote for APC, which should have been a vote for change, is actually a vote for retrogression. A vote for APC is a vote for the brigandage of Okikiola of Owu, who is the grand patron and chief adviser of the APC. A vote for APC, is an endorsement of ethnic bigotry, which clearly forms the crux of the APC unwritten manifesto, a vote for APC is an endorsement of cliquish system adopted and promoted by Bukola Saraki, Bola Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and others like them. A vote for APC, is an endorsement of corruption (There is hardly any APC leader who is not standing trial for corruption, or who isnt being accused of corruption.). It is unfortunate that the APC which should represent a brighter hope for all Nigerians is the Party that has in its register some of Nigerias worst leaders. Where then, do we go from here? NIGERIA MUST PREVAIL!
