NIGHT TIP: Its totally up to your body when the best time for you to workout of the day. Everyone body chemistry is different so when do you have the most energy? For me, in the summer I like to go early in the morning because I dont like heat and in the winter I like to go in the evening because I like sleeping in under a bunch of blankets and cuddle until I cant sleep anymore lol. So! For those of you that seems to have every excuse of why you couldnt make it, wake up 2.5 hrs early to get it in and get it over with.
