NJCH is saddened by the loss of Dr. Clement Price today. A champion for the Humanities and a great supporter of the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, Clem transformed the lives of countless people, especially our NJ teachers fortunate to take one of his weeklong summer institutes. His lectures unforgettable, his field trips exhausting yet invigorating, his infectious yearning to learn and share information contagious, Clement Price was the spirit of the Humanities. We thank him for what he gave and has been to us at NJCH. May his energy, commitment, and desire to create an informed, empathetic, and engaged society live on in who we are and what we do!
