NNAMDI KALU SAYS: No human will remain alive in Nigeria in 2015 - TopicsExpress

NNAMDI KALU SAYS: No human will remain alive in Nigeria in 2015 if BIAFRA is not given to his people. The situation of things as we speak was shaped by the past. I can understand why the SE is fully behind GEJ and why they are supporting him to the hilt. It is a sacrilege that the SE did not have an International Airport until now. It is even more scandalous that the region do not have a proper and befitting road network to compliment the trading prowess of its people. Im even more than miffed that the River Niger bridge is now a topic of importance considering that it is an important link to the rest of Nigeria. It is so sad that they were not considered for most of the important post such as what Ihejerika had before his retirement, or the one occupied by Anyim. Aside of the fact that the peoples of the SE are good travellers, one would be tempted to say that they have been leaving that region in droves due to lack of opportunities (somewhat) to seek greener pastures in places that witnessed more infrastructural development such as Lagos and Abuja, it is safe for any sane mind to question the wisdom of our past leaders not to pick out a major city in the SE in order to replicate what was done to the two cities I mentioned above. This has left peoples of the SE to question their rightful place in the body of our commonwealth. The industrious and proud people of the SE are used as cannon fodders be it on religious grounds, land and space issues, sharing of offices and many more. It is no wonder that they are using this opportunity to assert themselves to make demands that are in place and those that not in place. My only worry is that people like NNAMDI KALU are pushing the boat too far and if it goes too far HE may find HIMSELF IN THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. Boats are not meant for such journeys.
