NO CONTRACEPTION, NO DOLE I TOLD YOUS THIS WAS NEVER ABOUT STOPING PEOPLE ON THE DOLE BUYING SMOKES AND BEER THEY WANT TO FULLY CONTROL EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE A former Labor government minister is suggesting welfare recipients should be required to have contraception, as a condition of their payments. Gary Johns says no-one should enter parenthood while on a benefit. Mr Johns says its better to avoid having children until parents can afford them. He says compulsory contraception for those on benefits would help crack intergeneration reproduction of strife. So is Mr Johns right?
