NO GAOL FOR NON PAYMENT OF COUNCIL TAX PETITION: Jessica Gwen. Anyone know Jessica Gwen.I was sent a pm on a petition opposing gaoling for non payment of council tax, I was going to sign it and send a message back, Then told pm, that Jessicas message had been complained of as being spam and malicious. I do not agree. If Jessica Gwen - who must be on my extensive activist friends list somewhere - is about. Please let her know someone - not me - reported her pm petition as spam and malicious, But thank you I think it is important not to be gaoled for nonpayment of council tax as it is our right to withhold tax and tribute as part of protest against govt, and also if you cannot pay it due to being poor, again you shd not be gaoled.
