NO MORE EXCUSES - Time for a little Thunder Ego. I started slowly working out again a week after my major surgery. 1. It will cut my heel time in half. 2. Thats just how I made. Even though Portland wrestling has been off TV for over a year and I havent been wrestling for DOA or anyone else. I get recognized on a daily basis when I go out in public. WHY you ask????? Because of my presence in my work ethic in the gym. I dont look like the average person walking on the street and I stand out in a crowd. Today I did one armed incline dumbbell press. For 2 sets of 6 with a 120 pound dumbbell. YES A 120lb Dumbbell!!!! Just because Im on the shelf, Doesnt mean I sit around and do nothing. Then I get the question, Isnt the right side of your body go into a bigger than the left? Read some information people, the other side of the body compensates to a certain degree for the other. Doing something is better than not doing anything at all. If you can put that much effort into training ,your mic skills And your character. You can find time for the gym. Thats what separates me from the other 85% of the guys in this business. 85% Is being generous. You may not be able to grow taller you can always get bigger. My Thunder rant for the day.
