NO NC/ CONGRESS collation in Kargil NC will not support to Congress in LADAKH parliamentary elections . AS nowadays NC/ CONGRESS put hands for coming parliamentary election in J&K and calming for all the seats will win Under the collation of NC/ CONGRESS accord. As LADAKH seat was given to Congress Mr TSERING SAMPHAL who visited Kargil and meet Congress and NC workers for support .But the Kargil N C refused to support to Congress as they are supporting an independent candidate. In J&K assembly two ministers QAMAR ALI AKHON , FEROZ KHAN and MLC SYEED AHMED RAZVI also belongs from Kargil NC party. Today when ETV team reached NC office they openly refused to support the congress candidate due to personal grievances by rolling LAHDC Kargil. In a question about NC/ Congress collation in state the Hagi GHULAM MOHMAD councilor said that did not care of NC and Congress accord they will work for Kargil.
