NO RESOLUTIONS were set by me for January 1st. What I did do what put into place plans and processes to move toward and attain some very important goals for not only me personally, but my entire family, and extending even further to my friends and local community... hell maybe even globally. ONE of those things was to begin to shift our wealth to true assets and protected investments... Im getting my Loan Officers License and am working with a great lending company here in town. I see a LOT of people who dont think they can invest in Real Estate because they arent rich or they dont have enough income to cover two mortgage in case I cant keep a renter or things along those lines. Ive gotten my LOA Practictioner Certification and Im very focused on attracting what I want most in my life... security is one of those things. So putting my efforts into investing in the right things is important to me. Im curious how others feel about Real Estate/Real Property... and what keeps them from putting their money into it? Please help me and share your OWN THOUGHTS here or on my business page is fine... either spot. ;)
