NO RUNNER LEFT BEHIND SUNDAY RUN/XTERRA PREVIEW >>> We are meeting at the Hikers Lot inside the park again at 7am on Sunday. Chelsea and I are taking a poll - Would anyone like to preview the 4-mile XTERRA course? If so - well do that. If most of the people are doing the 15K (or just there for kicks) then well do the back half of the 15K course that we didnt do last week. Its about 4.5 miles. No matter what we do, its a GREAT week to be a first-timer! Most of our regulars are doing RCM on Saturday and so there will be a death-match fight over who gets to sweep. This means you dont have to worry about running fast enough, because many of us will be doing a modified run/walk/crawl. COME OUT AND JOIN THE FUN!
