NO SH*T SHERLOCK. If you keep stealing money from the public purse to pay exponentially greedy private companies, what the hell do you expect? As soon as they say PFI, or what other BS term theyre calling it this week, everyone knows its going to cost a hell of a lot more than estimated costs. Yet councils cling to this pseudo-plausible deniability crap when they moan but the report said.... It always turns into another scam accompanied by the same old excuses!
