President Obama blames the Republican House for his inability to get things moving and create the Progressive Utopia, with “Hope and Change,” that he promised us in 2008. But what is California’s excuse? NO REPUBLICAN HOLDS STATEWIDE OFFICE. Progressives have the State House, both houses of the Legislature, two U.S. Senators and two thirds of the California delegation to the U.S. House of Representatives. Yet, under unopposed Progressive policies, California is failing in every category. “… While California still had both the nation’s highest number and percent of people living in poverty, there were more people (9 million) at a higher percentage (23.8 percent). “Gov.
