NOAH is thrilled to announce that our newest project, Benfield Farms in Carlisle, has achieved LEED GOLD certification from the USGBC. Kim Vermeer, Urban Habitat Initiatives, lead us through the process to achieve the highest rating for an energy efficient and green building designation. We also wish to thank our design team of Dellbrook Construction, DiMella Shaffer Architects, Meiridian Associate engineers and Conservation Services Group who helped us achieve this goal.
