NOGAT MALOLO OLGETA LONG FACEBOOK I informed our anti-corruption team members just earlier that I am back because I am forced to come back and advise them all that I only just found out earlier this morning about Tiffanys threat to BK plus her threat to me made on her Facebook wall on October 3rd. Nogat malolo olgeta. It seems neverending. Too much crap. My last break in April lasted 2 days until I found out through the media that the Prime Minister is suing me for defamation through his lawyer Tiffany Twivey. Later I found out that I am being sued by the Prime Minister because of Press Releases by the Opposition Leader, Hon.Belden Namah and former PM, Sir Mekere Morauta which I posted and because of other peoples comments. I have up until now not publicly mentioned that part about the Press Releases. I fully respect that I cannot discuss my case and Im not about to start. However I think its fair to advise that I instructed Tony Waisi to sue Tiffany Twivey for defamation at the time (it came out in the media) and sent him lots of data (including screenshots) and now she wants to sue me after I specifically asked her and Susan Merrell nicely to remove the comments on Tiffany Twiveys wall posted in April this year which I believe were criminal in nature and defamatory towards me as well as the PRIME MINISTER. How ironic? Or was it just sheer hypocrisy? I gave them both 48 hours to remove it and to publicly apologize to me and the Prime Minister or face possible prosecution under criminal or civil law. They failed to adhere to my request. We believe that definitely Bryan Kramer should not remove his posts on the SC ruling. We believe that Tiffany Twivey definitely is misinterpreting and misleading her client on the SC Ruling. We believe she can be sued for contempt of court. Remember how she misinterpreted and wrongly advised Ano Pala (AG) on a Supreme Court decision some months back on Parakas legal bills and the court had to order Ano Pala (AG) to retract and take out the full page paid advertisement and apologize to the court or was that some other lawer? She can always claim of course that we are lying. Go ahead Tiffany, try and prove it in court that you are not a liar and that I defamed you. I will countersue you BIG TIME. For the record I hold no malice towards you, but I like most people do NOT respect liars and although I was very blunt (impolite as well as forthright) I believe that what I said about you is very very true and I do not retract it and nor will I apologize. Furthermore, I believe you brought your own reputation into disrepute particularly during the political impasse and also through this ongoing poliical turmoil and thousands of people can attest to that. In the meantime, the latest news is: ARREST WARRANT STAY ORDER TO BE HEARD By Rolland BANABA The National Court is expected to decide on the fate of the Stay Order on the Arrest Warrant of PM Peter O’Neill today while the Task Force Sweep Team and Fraud Squad applied to have the order set aside after a Supreme Court Decision of last week said the Police Commissioner didn’t have the power to stop the warrants from been issued. Police officers with the National Fraud and Anti-Corruption Directorate today said they await the decision of the Courts and should it rule in their favour they are ready to effect the arrest of PM. Meantime, Director of the National Fraud and Anti-Corruption office called on the Police Commissioner to execute the court decision as he is duty bound.
