NOI Representative is now Syracuse Education Commissioner. Louis Farrakhan’s local representative has been appointed to the Syracuse School Board as Education Commissioner. When questioned about his ties and the radical beliefs of NOI, Mark Muhammad was evasive. A little less than a year ago we were reading about a Syracuse landmark church that was being converted into a Mosque. Additionally, there has been a rash of attacks on people perceived to be caucasian, conservative or christian in Syracuse.
