NOM is looking for a Hospitality Management APPRENTICE to join our team here at the NEW NOM Restaurant & Bar Hanley. You will learn all aspects of the business including waiting on, bar service, kitchen assistant, reception and back of house administrative duties. You will have an opportunity to learn one to one with the management team to learn how the restaurant and bar works. As this is an incredibly hands on role, you will need to be willing to get stuck in at all opportunities. This role would be perfect for a school leaver or someone who would prefer on the job training as opposed to classroom learning. You will need to be confident, hard working and ready to provide exceptional customer service. Hours are around 30-40 per week and are paid at the apprentice national minimum wage, plus tips.
