NON-JOBLIST JOB: Seeking an extremely hardworking, meticulous, motivated executive assistant to CEO/Producer at a premiere management/production company. Must have strong interests in film, cable TV, commercials and management businesses and be able to work across a variety of different media platforms. Must be personable, enthusiastic, work well with others and have a no task too small attitude about their work. Must anticipate the needs of his/her boss and the projects that are timely. Must be a clear communicator over the phone and via email, and have an opinion about material. Looking for someone with a third eye about where, when and why as it pertains to sensitive client and project details. Agency and/or management experience is required.
