NON-VIOLENT ATTACK You have a problem with one of your colleagues, associates or even a supervisor? If he is sincere, dedicated and basically sensitive by nature, you can make him quit. Just do the simple thing of emotionally weakening him, by scandal, calumny, back-biting, a bit of politics,etc.; and he won’t be able to stand it unlike thick-skinned guys. And this is what selfish guys resort to, who are least bothered by others’ feelings. This is one of the reasons why sincere and dedicated people cannot survive in politics, a field dominated by insensitive people with minds benumbed. However, a leader/a public worker, should be strong, and not be ridden by feelings and sensitiveness nor should he be anesthetized against people’s feelings. He will be prone to appreciations and also criticisms. His vision should cover the entire masses; and not just a person or a group. He should know how to use his powers for a good of all.
